Cal Fire's 2025 maps place High and Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones along Antioch's southern and southwestern borders and the open ground toward Sand Creek. T1-11 is combustible plywood or OSB. On a parcel where California Building Code Chapter 7A governs the exterior wall, reinstalling wood-panel siding generally isn't the appropriate direction — a noncombustible material like fiber cement is.
